Once again, the Brownlee Marathon was run (on June 14 this year) and once again everyone involved had a tremendous amount of fun, participants and spectators alike! Just as last year, I'll start my entry at the start of the half-marathon, right near the Pass Ranch east meadow.
Once the marathoners passed by (above) the half marathon began (below), with a shotgun start.
This year, they ran the marathon from west to east (downhill). This allows the half marathon runners to avoid the hills, a couple of which are very sizable.

Next come all of the runners. Notice the bulls standing nearby. They seem to be taking an interest in watching the marathon too!
